Additionally we prepare Shareholders Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Managing Agreements, Purchase and Sale Agreements, drafting all legal documents for financing and funding for business operations, and employee relations, employment contracts, through dissolution of your business. We also provide legal services in the area of collection of business or personal debts. Our fees are usually on an hourly basis, but in some instances, a flat fee may be permitted.
