We represent clients in most family law situations including but not limited to: Adoption, Divorce, Separation Agreements, Prenuptial and Antenuptual Agreements, Paternity, Custody, reductions or increases in Child Support and/or Alimony. We also handle post judgment issues relating to your divorce, such as change in custody, amount of support or alimony, and modifications of Separation Agreement, Property Settlement Agreements, and a need to reduce or increase your child support or alimony payments. Our fees are usually on an hourly basis, but in some instances a flat fee may be permitted.
