Deborah L. Pico and Lois A. Myers* founded the law firm of Myers & Pico, P.C. in September of 1984.  Lois A. Myers is a 1981 graduate of University of Richmond Law School, and attended Bradley university for her undergraduate degree.  Deborah L. Pico is a 1982 graduate of Benjamin N.
