We represent individuals, small and large businesses including doctors, lawyers, dentists, and all other business owners in attempting to collect their debts. We also represent these same entities and individuals in the defense of any claim against them, which may be made by someone to attempt to force you to pay a debt you may not owe, or we can help try to negotiate that debt so that the money you pay is less than the actual amount due. Our practice includes attempts at settlement, litigation of the claim through settlement or judgment, and post judgment collection work for you on any judgments you may have against third parties. We offer flexible fee arrangements for our services in this area. In some cases it may be appropriate to pay a contingent fee based on a percentage of the amount to be collected, or judgment amount. Other times, an hourly fee or a flat fee may be best.
Each case is looked at individually and assessed with you, so that we can come to terms on fees which are satisfactory to everyone concerned.
