Sometimes you may come in for one legal problem, and after a consultation with our attorneys, you both may discover that there are additional legal needs which must be addressed. Our firm tries to identify all of your legal issues, unlike an attorney who strictly has one or two narrow areas of expertise. The areas of practice we cover are broad. This is because our attorneys are trained, through years of experience, to be aware of how the many different areas of the law may impact on your primary situation We will advise you of how doing something progressive in one area may harm you in another, such as how buying a home may change your estate tax consequence, or how a divorce may impact on your Last Will and Testament. We can handle all of your legal needs, and when necessary, we will co-counsel cases, with your approval, with experts in the field. No problem is too small to review, and no area of the law is precluded. In some instances, a free telephone conversation is warranted. Our fees are usually on a flat fee basis for a general consultation, and if you retain us to proceed, either an hourly basis or a flat fee basis will be mutually agreed upon before we continue on your behalf.
