Our firm represents both landlords and tenants
in matters typically involves the filing of
complaints for or defense of eviction on all
grounds allowed under the New Jersey statutes,
including non-payment of rent, disorderly tenant,
overcrowding, drug cases and habitual late
payment of rent. When the matter cannot be
amicably resolved, we appear in court and attempt
to negotiate an acceptable settlement for our
clients or proceed to trial. We also insure that
our clients are aware of their rights and
obligations under New Jersey statutes so that
procedural rules and regulations are followed,
thus producing the highest possible success rate
in the litigation of these matters. We have
experience in drafting leases which will help you
in the the event you have to evict your tenant
and collect damages from him/her, should your
tenant breach the lease. Additionally, if you are
the tenant, we review your lease and negotiate it
so that your rights are protected. Our fees are
usually based upon an hourly rate, but in some
instances a flat fee can be arranged.
